Slow down and don’t be too hard on yourself.
Your body is living and breathing; praise it.
Making someone smile is an achievement.
Nature is healing.
You’re not any less of a person for not wanting to go to the gym; today or ever.
You don’t need to have anything to do with people that make you feel bad about yourself.
Carbs are a good thing.
Putting yourself first doesn’t always mean you’re selfish.
Say thank you to the universe.
Happy isn’t a destination.
Don’t save things “until best” - your best is only ever right now.
Stay true to yourself and the right people will follow.
Success doesn’t mean getting up at 7am every day - you make the rules of your own success.
Stop focusing on what you can’t do and instead praise yourself for what you can do.
Don’t wait to start living for you.
Not everyone is in a place to be able to train and challenge their bodies and that’s okay.
Intuition is not something you want to ignore.
You don’t need to remain friends on Facebook with people that aren't making your heart sing.
Feeling good is the only thing you need to aim for.
Honour your basic needs.
Colour is healing.
The present is all that matters.
Believe in what you’re doing and who you are.
Showing up is enough.
Things are only scary until you tell yourself they're not.
Don’t put your passions to the bottom of your to-do list.
A hot drink will make it better.
Every person on the planet is equal.
Don’t compare yourself to others living different lives - and that is everyone.
...Because sometimes we just need a reminder.
